Welcome!
We hope that you are relaxed, recharged and ready to start a new school year. We are anxiously awaiting your kids’ arrival! This year marks our 25th year of education at New Branches Charter Academy and our promise to you is that it will be a year filled with engaging opportunities for all of our students.
All signs are pointing to another great school year. Our skilled and devoted staff are already planning and preparing for your kids to walk through the doors. Our enthusiastic office team is registering families, ordering needed materials and updating student files. Our hard-working custodians have spent the entire summer thoroughly cleaning the facility.
We are indeed a passionate and caring community with the common goals of having high academic standards, providing a safe community and building character to prepare kids for active, thoughtful and caring participation in the world around them. We can’t wait for this year’s adventures.
New Staff
Each year brings positive change. This includes a few additions to our staff.

Facilities Update
We are working on rotating the plants in front of the school to be Michigan native plants. The pavilion in the garden is up and we have purchased new picnic tables to make it a learning space!
We are thankful and appreciate that families trust us with the opportunity to educate the children of our community. It remains an honor and privilege to serve as your principal.
School starts on Monday, August 26 at 8:10 am. Can’t wait to see new and returning smiles!
