All meetings are held in the School's Team Lounge at 6 p.m, unless otherwise stated.
The board will only meet on these dates if there are sufficient agenda items or issues exist which require immediate Board action.

Kina King
President
Kina King is the devoted wife of Daniel T. King and the mother of two beautiful daughters Danisha and Keymareeah King. She is an active role model in her community and local churches. Kina is a visionary and an extraordinary playwright. Kina King is the CEO of “Consecrated King Productions” This non-profit business is meant to reach the multitude by way of drama and music. She sends out messages of hope and encouragement for all. Kina strives to bring out the best in everyone one she comes in contact with. Kina is certainly dedicated and committed to serve in various areas in the community.

Steve Null
Treasurer
Steve Null has been on the board since December 2012, Steve also sits on the Facilities Advisory Group. Steve is co-founder of Universal Decontamination Services (UDECON, LLC) which was founded in January of 2005 and Director of Field Operations. Steve has lived in the West Michigan area since 1985. Steve is married with 5 grown children and 7 grandchildren. Steve has over 22 years of experience in the construction of commercial and residential structures. Steve sits on the Heart of West Michigan United Way Health Vision Council. Steve is an active member with the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce.


Dawn Martinson
Secretary
Dawn has been a Board member since December 2010. She has lived in the Grand Rapids area all of her life having graduated from Davenport College with a degree in Legal Administration. Dawn has been a Regional Manager with International Student Exchange, a non-profit high-school aged exchange program, for the past five years. She is an active member of the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce, where she was named Ambassador of the Year for 2010. She is also involved in the Grandville-Jenison and Walker Chambers of Commerce. Dawn is also a member of The Kenowa Chapter of AMBUCS™, Inc., a non-profit service organization of men and women dedicated to creating mobility and independence for people with disabilities. While being active in many community events, she also loves to travel here and abroad, and enjoys spending time with her family.


Iryonna Hogan
Director
Iryonna Davis received a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Siena Heights University in Adrian,
Michigan. Iryonna is the Outreach Specialist for the Salvation Army. Iryonna has provided over 5 years of
services in her field of Case Management, Workforce Development, Recruiting. Iryonna is the owner of 2
Teach &Reach LLC where she educates individuals how to take ownership of their finances and Business
needs. Iryonna is also the Co- Owner of Davis Extreme Party Rentals and the CEO and Founder of Meaning In
Colors non profit. Iryonna is the Mother of 2 boys and enjoys spending time with her Husband and children.
Iryonna enjoys writing and dancing on her spare time.

Jeff VanDyke
Director
Jeff is married with four children (the oldest two being married), and works as the Director of Finance Shared Services at Gordon Food Services. He loves being involved in his community, and serves not only New Branches' Board of Directors, but the Elder Board at Tabernacle Community Church. Among his many hobbies are traveling, playing golf, and finding new restaurants in his local area. He loves to spend time with his family, and couldn't be more excited to be a part of the New Branches Charter Academy family.
