The New Branches school community has a genuine spirit of giving this year and the staff has been instrumental in teaching students what this truly means. It is truly remarkable to see the outpouring of compassion from the entire school community.
For this holiday season, students at New Branches helped to make the holidays brighter for other children in their community through the Salvation Army Toys for Tots program. Kids experience joy through the experience of unwrapping gifts on Christmas Day. New Branches served as a drop off location for toys that are distributed to identified kids at the Salvation Army.
To make things more fun, they joined in the competition with the annual School Spirit Challenge that Channel 13 on your side does every year.
