Mr. Bell’s 5th graders attended the January Calvin Speaker series to be inspired by Leland Melvin, a former NFL wide receiver and NASA astronaut. Mr. Leland shared his story about his two trips into space and how any kid today no matter where they come from has the same opportunity.
