New Branches Charter Academy believes that a strong parent and school partnership is an essential building block in an effective educational program.

All of our parents are encouraged to visit by making arrangements with your child's classroom teacher. Many opportunities exist to become involved in supporting your child's education, eg. spending time in their child’s classroom, being a part of the Parent Ambassador's Team, and taking part in event planning and setting future goals for our school.

Here are a few ways parents can participate at school:

  • Classroom volunteers
  • Room Parent
  • Mentor
  • Athletic booster, concession stand helper
  • Field trip chaperones
  • Fundraising
  • Year-end celebration
  • School club volunteers
  • Donations
  • Parent Ambassador Team member
  • Making popcorn on Popcorn Days

Interested in volunteering?

For the safety of our students and staff, all adults who wish to volunteer must complete a Volunteer Form, have a background check conducted (ICHAT) by the school office, and be approved to volunteer in the school.  Volunteers will be clearly identified with a Visitors name badge at all times when present in the school during school hours.

View and print volunteer forms below. All forms must be returned to the front office upon completion.
